It was my first time staying in a five-star hotel. Two adults and two children (a boy and a girl) chose Changzhi as a stop for rest on the way back to Beijing from Xi'an. I was attracted by this hotel. I was not disappointed! The five-star rating is not a random review. The quality is really here. The service staff have a strong sense of service, are polite, and take the initiative to provide many unexpected service actions. I was embarrassed. I experienced the swimming pool and the sauna, and I would like to share some experience with friends who want to book a room. The standard room of the swimming pool can be used by two people for free. If there are more people, you need to buy tickets. It is not expensive, just a few dozen yuan. Because my second child can't swim, there is no need to buy tickets to go in and wander around. I only let my father take the eldest child to swim for a while, and I took the second child back to the room to use the bathtub for a while. The experience is quite good! The sauna is a bathing place, you can scrub your body, and there seems to be foot massage upstairs to relax. Each room also has two free experience places. Personally, I think that if ladies don't want to spend money on the bath, they don't have to go there, because there is only a shower but no bathing pool. It's the same in the room. There is no need to go there. If you live in this standard room with two children like me, you can consider letting the father take the boy to experience this sauna. It will be more comfortable for the mother and the girl to stay in the room! I am very satisfied with all aspects. When I went out, the lady at the front desk chased me and gave me a piece of fruit and two bottles of warm mineral water. Five-star is five-star, five-star in all aspects! Next time I go this direction, I will come to Changzhi again, and I will come to Runerlai again!

This should be the best hotel in Changzhi, Shanxi. It has a great location. It is adjacent to Changzhi Museum and within walking distance of Guanyin Hall. The floors and rooms are very clean. The waiters are very enthusiastic, and the service in the restaurant and at the front desk is very professional. Changzhi is a small city, and Runerlai Hotel is very convenient to reach by bus from the East High-speed Railway Station and the airport. Recommended.
