Family-friendly Hotels in Changzhou

This hotel is centrally located for my business purposes, and has easy access to highways and has underground parking. The room I had was excellent, clean, comfortable bed and working desk area. The work out facilities are good. The main restaurant had very good Chinese food, my only compliant would be I wish they would offer more Western style foods in addition to what they have now. I will be going back !

The hotel is very close to the Dinosaur Park, about 5 minutes walk. There are many types of breakfast, the kids like it very much, the environment is also good, the waiters are also very enthusiastic, especially the housekeeper Candy Tang, I will stay here again next time

Hilton has recently started to offer butler service. It didn't exist in the past two years. I received two strange phone calls the day before check-in and then I realized that a butler had started to intervene. The butler who received me was Zoe. We briefly talked about our needs and then added WeChat to contact her. On the day of check-in, Zoe reported the progress of the room two hours before our check-in. She was waiting for us when we checked in. She was wearing a red coat and was easy to find. She received us very warmly. She took us upstairs and introduced us to the room. The children liked it very much👍. This suite is very large and the overall partitioning is very good. Zoe personally took care of many coordination issues. When she heard that we were going to the zoo, she also sent us a bag of carrots. The feeling of staying was very good. The hotel decoration is indeed a bit old, but the facilities inside are quite complete. The bathrobes inside are well made and are genuine custom-made. You can't buy them even if you want to, hahaha. The children had two breakfasts and one dinner inside. There was also a resident singer at dinner. The children were very excited. Although the children's playground is small, it is enough for children to have fun. I sweated a lot. The welcoming robot attracted the children's attention. It is also very unique to play as soon as you walk into the lobby.

Upon arriving to the hotel, the front desk staff were very friendly. Although this is my first time in China and I was unsure of check-in procedure, they quickly got me through check-in and made me feel quite relaxed almost immediately. During my stay, I ordered room service nearly every evening and although I speak no Chinese, the staff were very patient and helpful to make sure that they were receiving my order correctly. The view from the rooms is incredible and the service at the hotel has been great. I highly recommend that if you are visiting Changzhou for business or pleasure that you stay at the Marriot Hotel in Xinbei district. It is also very centrally located with easy access to entertainment, shopping malls, restaurants and the light rail stations to travel to other cities in China. Additionally, the restaurants, pool, outdoor basketball court, coffee shop, and other services in the hotel make it a convenient place to stay if it is your first time in China or Changzhou as it is mine. For work related reasons my trip in Changzhou was extended and I have enjoyed my stay at the Marriot hotel so much that I decided to extend my stay here and upgrade my room to include the executive lounge (totally worth it if you stay here, it's like having access to an Emirates level lounge with a view every day). In summary, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are lovely, and the services provided make your stay very convenient! I highly recommend staying at the Changzhou Marriot in Xinbei District during your time here!

The hotel is very old and poorly maintained. I am not familiar with the area, but it was near a small shopping mall and a park with many people dancing. There were some nice mansions near the park. I guess it would be unfair to compare with other bigger cities.

There are two kinds of latex pillows that can be used. The swimming pool is also very large. It is quiet. After using the shampoo, my hair is very smooth. The key is that the tower outside the window is very beautiful. It is very close to Changzhou City, and there are supermarkets and restaurants around. I will stay here again next time I come.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The last time I stayed in an archaeological style hotel, this time it's a nautical style hotel. The last time I came to the Dinosaur Park, it was open at night, but this time it was closed, but the lanterns around it were so beautiful, a surprise! The service attitude was very good. When booking a hotel, I was torn between Hilton, IHG and Metropark. In the end, I chose the higher-rated Metropark. I booked a twin room. When I came to Changzhou for tourism, I stayed at the Metropark Hotel. Manager Xu at the front desk was enthusiastic and the check-in was quick. I was satisfied with the stay. There are fitness centers, indoor swimming pools, outdoor lawns and other facilities. There is a shuttle bus to the Dinosaur Park. The hotel breakfast is good with Changzhou local characteristics. The butler service and welcome fruit are quite a plus. I will come again next time
