Four Points Hotels in Changzhou

This hotel is centrally located for my business purposes, and has easy access to highways and has underground parking. The room I had was excellent, clean, comfortable bed and working desk area. The work out facilities are good. The main restaurant had very good Chinese food, my only compliant would be I wish they would offer more Western style foods in addition to what they have now. I will be going back !

This stay was a pleasant surprise. The dinosaur element was reflected at the entrance. From arriving at the lobby to checking out, every link showed the hotel's attentive service, and all check-in procedures were completed quickly. The staff kept a friendly smile throughout the whole process, and informed the dining time, parking, etc., and there was also a small check-in gift package, which the children liked very much. The parent-child room booked was completely beyond expectations: super large space, 1 large bed, 1 single bed. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and is equipped with children's toiletries with cartoon patterns. The breakfast is Western and Chinese, with a variety of dishes and good taste. A small gift was also given when leaving the hotel. In short, it was a good experience.

All good , but in winter , the thermostat fixed at 25C ( it says) but in actual it’s little hot , may be little uncomfortable and hard to get sleep, difficult to change the settings ( also settings can be changed in the room , there will not be real effect ) , need to go to front desk to check and it is not so easy to convince them to change . Apart from that , everything is 1st class .

Taking advantage of the short holiday, I brought my children to Changzhou Yancheng Wildlife Park. I chose the Sheraton near the zoo and bought two packages. One package included a zoo ticket and the other included a ticket to the Spring and Autumn Paradise. It was a good deal! The day before I went, a lady from the hotel called me to book tickets for the zoo and the park in advance, and also took the initiative to ask if I had any requirements for the room. The housekeeper, Miss ZOE, added WeChat and upgraded me to an executive room. The room also gave me a coffee coupon for Starbucks in the lobby and toiletries for the children. The zoo also made an appointment with the front desk for carrots 🥕. There were fruits in the room every day. It really met all my requests and was so considerate. The children were very happy every day. I will choose Sheraton again next time I come to Changzhou. The experience is really great! Finally, I attached the little dinosaur drawn by the children on the spot for you.

Upon arriving to the hotel, the front desk staff were very friendly. Although this is my first time in China and I was unsure of check-in procedure, they quickly got me through check-in and made me feel quite relaxed almost immediately. During my stay, I ordered room service nearly every evening and although I speak no Chinese, the staff were very patient and helpful to make sure that they were receiving my order correctly. The view from the rooms is incredible and the service at the hotel has been great. I highly recommend that if you are visiting Changzhou for business or pleasure that you stay at the Marriot Hotel in Xinbei district. It is also very centrally located with easy access to entertainment, shopping malls, restaurants and the light rail stations to travel to other cities in China. Additionally, the restaurants, pool, outdoor basketball court, coffee shop, and other services in the hotel make it a convenient place to stay if it is your first time in China or Changzhou as it is mine. For work related reasons my trip in Changzhou was extended and I have enjoyed my stay at the Marriot hotel so much that I decided to extend my stay here and upgrade my room to include the executive lounge (totally worth it if you stay here, it's like having access to an Emirates level lounge with a view every day). In summary, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are lovely, and the services provided make your stay very convenient! I highly recommend staying at the Changzhou Marriot in Xinbei District during your time here!

This is an amazing hotel. Very well run and centrally located. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The stuff at the reception speak English and as a western traveler is very helpful. The breakfast selection is huge and very good. I will definitely stay back again!

It’s a great place to stay. Nice lake view. Room is clean and quiet in general. The only flaw is the room temperature control which is way too warm in this autumn time. I was told by the manager that the aircon cannot be manipulated by the wall mounted controller in room and the room temperature is under centralized control, which stabilized around 25.5-26 degree. This is too warm for a decent sleep. I didn’t sleep well during the one week stay. I suggest the centralized aircon temperature to be around 23 degrees which will be much more wholesome for human body to sleep well under a comfy quilt.

The hotel service is so considerate. It is very reassuring to stay here. The arrangements for the sisters who came to watch the concert were perfect. The room was clean and tidy, and very quiet! Changzhou is great. Welcome everyone to stay here in the future! ! ! !

This trip must be praised We arrived at the hotel that night, and after checking in, we were promptly served with welcome fruit. The room type was also upgraded to a lake view room according to the order. The drinks in the refrigerator were confirmed to be free until the next restock An accident happened when we came back from a night tour. The door of the room could not be opened. It was not because of the room card setting, but because it was physically stuck and could not enter. The service engineering department of the main desk arrived in time to deal with it and quickly arranged an emergency plan to replace the executive suite The suite meets the needs of watching the game and sleeping The hotel also has an intelligent robot that can deliver takeout to the room. It is very friendly to friends who want to eat a midnight snack or don’t like to go out. As long as the takeout order clearly states the room number, it’s OK Big brand hotels are really trustworthy, and the quality of environmental hygiene and services is guaranteed.
