Changzhou Taihuwan Grand Kingtown Hotel

I booked this place because I wanted to see the music festival. Overall, I was quite satisfied, but the price was too expensive, maybe because of the music festival. The receptionist at the front desk was not very responsive and it took me a lot of time to explain before she understood. However, she gave me a small gift to compensate when I checked out, which was considered a thoughtful arrangement.

This is the most unpleasant hotel I have ever stayed in. For the music festival, the police turned all the roads into one-way streets, so that I was blocked for 45 minutes even though I was 100 meters away from the hotel. After finally entering the room, the floor was full of hair and the bedside table was covered with dust. I was hungry at 2 pm, but the restaurant on the first floor of the hotel does not open until 4 pm, and the restaurant on the second floor does not open until 5 pm. There is no room service, because the room service is provided by the restaurant on the second floor, so if the restaurant is not open, there is no service to provide. It is ridiculous considering the star rating and pricing of this hotel. Finally, let me talk about the Chinese restaurant on the second floor. The service is completely disorganized. The 699 set meal first served fruits, then rice and vegetables, and until the soup was served, the two main dishes were not served. After 30 minutes, I finally waited for the main dish, but it was cold. Whoever stays in this crappy hotel will be unlucky.
