Sheraton Changzhou Wujin Hotel

This is my second time staying at Sheraton, and it is completely different from the first time. The day before this stay, the housekeeper Zoe asked about the special requirements and precautions for check-in. On the day of check-in, he was waiting at the front desk, and knowing that there were children, he prepared small toys to keep the children happy. The children also had a lot of fun in the children's playground. During the stay, I also asked many times if there were any inconsiderate things. During the period, I did have trouble with the housekeeper, but the housekeeper solved them one by one. On the day of departure, housekeeper Zoe knew that we were going to the zoo, and thoughtfully prepared two large bags of carrots, which was really thoughtful. Finally, I have to praise the buffet dinner, which was really delicious. I didn’t take many photos because it was so delicious! In short, this trip was very happy, and I will choose Sheraton again if I have the chance in the future!

Hilton has recently started to offer butler service. It didn't exist in the past two years. I received two strange phone calls the day before check-in and then I realized that a butler had started to intervene. The butler who received me was Zoe. We briefly talked about our needs and then added WeChat to contact her. On the day of check-in, Zoe reported the progress of the room two hours before our check-in. She was waiting for us when we checked in. She was wearing a red coat and was easy to find. She received us very warmly. She took us upstairs and introduced us to the room. The children liked it very much👍. This suite is very large and the overall partitioning is very good. Zoe personally took care of many coordination issues. When she heard that we were going to the zoo, she also sent us a bag of carrots. The feeling of staying was very good. The hotel decoration is indeed a bit old, but the facilities inside are quite complete. The bathrobes inside are well made and are genuine custom-made. You can't buy them even if you want to, hahaha. The children had two breakfasts and one dinner inside. There was also a resident singer at dinner. The children were very excited. Although the children's playground is small, it is enough for children to have fun. I sweated a lot. The welcoming robot attracted the children's attention. It is also very unique to play as soon as you walk into the lobby.

A family hotel with very good service. Thanks to the housekeeper Zoe for the thoughtful service throughout the whole process. The room design is very novel and kept very clean. It is so wonderful to lie on the round bed and watch cartoons. The bread for breakfast is also freshly baked, which is a surprise. They also gave us carrots so that we can go to the zoo to feed the small animals.

I decided to take my kids out for a trip mid-week. I had seen the Paw Patrol themed room on ** and had bought it, but I had to cancel it because I couldn't make it in time. This time, I was reminded that there was a room, so I immediately placed an order. After placing the order, the hotel contacted us and asked the housekeeper Zoe to take care of our entire trip. Housekeeper Zoe was very nice and arranged carrots for the kids to feed in advance. Although there were some minor incidents during the stay, Zoe handled them properly and gave corresponding comfort plans. When checking out, the kids were reluctant to leave and said they wanted to stay in a hotel with a slide. It can be seen that the kids really like this room type. I will take the kids to experience other room types if I have the chance.
