真的很無語，之前住過幾次感覺還不錯，這次真是差差差差差到家了！一開始沒有吹風機，叫了前台送，衞生間有股不可描述的臭味，後又發現房間里居然有老鼠！老鼠！老鼠！還不止一衹！早上被吱吱吱的聲音吵醒，窗簾後面一直在動，非常大幅度的動，然後！有一衹巨大的老鼠叼着東西竄出來，如圖，無比噁心，老鼠還不止一次竄出來，窗簾後面絕對有一羣老鼠，想到和一羣老鼠在一個屋子裡過了一晚就反胃，真的噁心吐了，拉黑了

體現感真的很差！貓眼塞紙、馬桶蓋壞的、花灑漏、龍頭柄斷的、衞生差、沙發太臟，房間裏一股黴味，電視沒法看，空調不給力，。門壞了很難開，小朋友手都被夾了。真搞不懂，怎麼都沒人修的！

帶着家人旅遊，看了周圍評價選擇了這家酒店，，剛到的時候外圍給人感覺很破舊，但是入住後覺得這個酒店的衞生還不錯，比我預想的好

感謝前台小姐姐給升級了大床房，房間寬敞乾淨，設計感很好，衞生間乾濕分離，體驗非常舒適。距離文化宮地鐵站不遠，附近也有公交站。距離青果巷很近，南大街、紅梅公園、麻巷也都不遠。前台姐姐推薦的萬象城很不錯，地鐵直達。半山書局很驚艷。很好的旅行體驗。

空調是全酒店統一管理（即 酒店安裝中央空調，並管理空調總控: 酒店管理方關閉總控後，客房空調不制熱。
打前台電話才被告知酒店安裝的是中央空調，統一控制客房温度，因為有部分客人覺得熱所以關了總控，協商後酒店前台回覆已聯繫經理開了總控。
此後的一個半小時，空調持續16度無任何變化，再次聯繫前台後，前台確認已經打開了空調，對於我們房間空調不制熱問題衹提出給我們兩床被子這一個選項。
後查了一下中央空調的工作原理，也再次看了房間內空調的控制面板，空調的工作模式無法調節（入住時顯示為制熱模式），如酒店方所言，空調統一管理。但統一管理是否有考慮了不同顧客的入住需求呢？
酒店地理位置確實不錯，但前台和酒店空調令人費解。此外，沙發也有明顯的污漬。
雖然後續的温度有所上升，但我確實給不出一個五星好評，希望酒店方可以加強管理，設備定期維護以及解決一下空調總控管理全酒店客房空調的問題。

沙發有些臟，沒有坐
廁所燈和換氣扇，會自動開，不知道是什麼感應的，我一有動作它就開了。還好晚上睡覺的時候沒有自動開。
