奧陽水立方温泉洗浴券:送了兩張洗浴券是真不錯，早知道就早點進去了，裏面很大，服務也不錯，
環境：酒店很大，房間也乾淨，價格很實惠，有機會再來

首先比較乾淨，床啊地面啊都是，也沒有什麼氣味。前台服務也挺熱情，晚上睡覺非常安靜，睡眠質量高。早餐也非常不錯，花樣多，味道好，尤其那個酸蘿蔔，特別爽口。唯一有點缺點是裝修風格偏舊了，但是這個價位住這樣的酒店已經非常哇塞了，比同等價位的漢什麼庭，格什麼泰，都要好。

酒店還不錯，和隔壁的華美達是一個冠名的。酒店這個房型是沒有窗户的，早餐一般，總體還不錯，停車很方便，有自己的停車場

【退房投訴】
早上九點退房，各種方法怎麼樣都找不到人，等了半個小時才來人，給我的回覆是吃早飯去了，因為入住還要繳納按金！
【服務投訴】
晚上點了外賣，不肯讓送餐的人上樓，已經和他們説的很清楚是衣服剛洗掉了還沒幹，不能光着身子取。前台也不樂意幫忙送上來，太扯淡了！
【總結】
非常不愉快的一次入住！
