Wyndham Hotels in Changzhou

This hotel is centrally located for my business purposes, and has easy access to highways and has underground parking. The room I had was excellent, clean, comfortable bed and working desk area. The work out facilities are good. The main restaurant had very good Chinese food, my only compliant would be I wish they would offer more Western style foods in addition to what they have now. I will be going back !

This hotel is right on the site of Dinosaur Land and water park. There is a dinner buffet for an affordable price and the breakfast buffet was just right for us to wake up and enjoy. We stayed in a family room. My kids are dinosaur lovers so this was the perfect stay for us. We enjoyed the 2 day pass to the water park and Dinosaur Land. The staff, from check in to check out, was amazing even though most of them were not English speaking.

All good , but in winter , the thermostat fixed at 25C ( it says) but in actual it’s little hot , may be little uncomfortable and hard to get sleep, difficult to change the settings ( also settings can be changed in the room , there will not be real effect ) , need to go to front desk to check and it is not so easy to convince them to change . Apart from that , everything is 1st class .

This is my second time staying at Sheraton, and it is completely different from the first time. The day before this stay, the housekeeper Zoe asked about the special requirements and precautions for check-in. On the day of check-in, he was waiting at the front desk, and knowing that there were children, he prepared small toys to keep the children happy. The children also had a lot of fun in the children's playground. During the stay, I also asked many times if there were any inconsiderate things. During the period, I did have trouble with the housekeeper, but the housekeeper solved them one by one. On the day of departure, housekeeper Zoe knew that we were going to the zoo, and thoughtfully prepared two large bags of carrots, which was really thoughtful. Finally, I have to praise the buffet dinner, which was really delicious. I didn’t take many photos because it was so delicious! In short, this trip was very happy, and I will choose Sheraton again if I have the chance in the future!

Upon arriving to the hotel, the front desk staff were very friendly. Although this is my first time in China and I was unsure of check-in procedure, they quickly got me through check-in and made me feel quite relaxed almost immediately. During my stay, I ordered room service nearly every evening and although I speak no Chinese, the staff were very patient and helpful to make sure that they were receiving my order correctly. The view from the rooms is incredible and the service at the hotel has been great. I highly recommend that if you are visiting Changzhou for business or pleasure that you stay at the Marriot Hotel in Xinbei district. It is also very centrally located with easy access to entertainment, shopping malls, restaurants and the light rail stations to travel to other cities in China. Additionally, the restaurants, pool, outdoor basketball court, coffee shop, and other services in the hotel make it a convenient place to stay if it is your first time in China or Changzhou as it is mine. For work related reasons my trip in Changzhou was extended and I have enjoyed my stay at the Marriot hotel so much that I decided to extend my stay here and upgrade my room to include the executive lounge (totally worth it if you stay here, it's like having access to an Emirates level lounge with a view every day). In summary, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are lovely, and the services provided make your stay very convenient! I highly recommend staying at the Changzhou Marriot in Xinbei District during your time here!

The hotel is very good but staff not very helpful need to push them to get things done To many switches in the room can’t switch off all the lights in the room water kettle not working Breakfast was excellent really enjoyed

The rooms are wonderful. Very large, very clean and very modern. Probably best room I have had in WuJin. Restaurant service is poor and very slow. Food quality is just so so. Great hot pot across the street and very reasonable.

The hotel service is so considerate. It is very reassuring to stay here. The arrangements for the sisters who came to watch the concert were perfect. The room was clean and tidy, and very quiet! Changzhou is great. Welcome everyone to stay here in the future! ! ! !
