環境：很好，是鳳凰小學改建的，有很多空間，室內運動場、室外網球場、塑膠跑道，餐飲空間，
服務：很好，前台姐妹們很貼心，還帶我們做手作，薰香的香囊很好看！
設施：房間挺大的，設施比較基礎，細節有待完善，電視已經有破損，
衞生：浴室衞生不夠細緻。

民宿建設挺好的，周圍停車也很方便，房間設施很不錯，民宿是鄉村小學改建的，有一些運動娛樂設施，非常不錯，晚上睡覺很安靜，晚飯在民宿吃的，口味還不錯，超乎想象，早餐也很不錯

到巢湖自駕，搜尋到這一家，很有特色，説是以前小學改的，裏面還有教室操場。價位不低，但是體驗感不錯。餐廳味道不錯，可以嘗試一下。

不得不説，在十一長假裏，找到一處不擁擠、價格也還合適的寶藏民宿真心不容易。民宿由鳳凰村小學改造而成，藏身鄉野田間，設施齊全，有塑膠跑道、運動館。住宿條件尚可、餐飲服務也不錯！

性價比高，還能看見星星真是很驚喜，尤其是餐廳味道非常好，廚師是當地的，能吃到當地特色土菜，菜品品質又非常好，小鍋現燒的，味道相當不錯👍🏻

國資委和省政協扶貧的民宿，小學校改的，非常乾淨，環境也不錯，就是在修路，環境需要再整合一下週邊資源。多些項目就好了。前台妹妹不錯，兔子也可愛，小羊孩子很感興趣。
