這次這個房間，洗澡的玻璃門壞了，冷。簾子不行，時不時就貼到身上了。洗完澡衞生間都是水，沒辦法進來上廁所，女士拖鞋斷底了。也沒辦法穿。窗子對着小區比較安靜，一次性拖鞋太薄了。有早餐可以吃。沒上次住的早餐好吃😋

The hotel is in the downtown area of Wanda Plaza and there are many snacks around. Although the decoration of the hotel is a bit long, the highlight is that the service is particularly good. 位置：前有萬商城，吃飯購物很方便，走幾步路就到了，還是在巢湖比較繁華的地段上的，門口就有公交車站台，出行也很方便。衞生：保潔阿姨打掃的很仔細，房間沒有任何多餘的垃圾灰，打掃的很通透，網速也是非常的快的，空調效果也是很不錯的，基本上不會出現問題的，裝修環境還是一如既往的不錯。服務：前台每天24小時在崗，詢問和諮詢也是積極的回覆和處理，相當不錯，客房阿姨也是很熱情，有什麼困難客房阿姨也是第一時間來解決。性價比：對比周圍酒店，價格和住宿環境還是很高的，值得推薦入住。設施：房間乾淨整潔無異味，通風做的也很好，房間窗户面朝小區，晚上也相對很是安靜，外賣也不用跑下去拿，機器人也可以直接送到房間門口，很是方便。總體體驗：相對於別家酒店我覺得清沐值得還是極度人性化的，對於早餐和客房服務都是無可挑剔的，物品遺留酒店，客房也是會第一時間反饋給前台，前台第一時間聯繫我們的，不會造成財產上的任何損失，還是值得信賴的。

There was a power outage for a while at night, and no one notified the reason and time of the power outage. I was taking a bath and the power went out. I took the mobile phone and I was ill at the phone because of the foam. I also wrestled and injured myself. I went to the front desk to ask for compensation for medical expenses and mobile phones. As a result, the lobby manager said that because of the line problem, there was always a power outage. The cost of medical expenses and mobile phones was not compensated. I will not come to this hotel next time.
