網上定了這套民宿，跟酒店一樣該有的配套都有，衞生也很好，離景點也近，特別晚上天台喝茶賞月超讚。

首先我們是11人朋友出團，所以我們租的是整棟別墅，房間衞生是可以的，配備一次性拖鞋浴巾，還有滅蚊水，農夫山泉礦泉水，沐浴係統很給力，除了1樓2樓和5樓衹有一個衞浴，3樓跟4樓都配備2個衞浴，還有套房，住10幾人基本沒問題，2樓跟4樓都各有1個麻將台，但是我們衹在2樓活動，4樓那個是擺設，沒有玩過，如果可以2張麻將台都放在2樓那層就更加好，2樓大廳還有2個大床，我們多數在這裡活動，除了睡覺各回自己的房間，床品也算可以，蚊蟲那些也沒有很多，我們買了花露水噴了一下，基本沒看到過蚊蟲，空調也很給力，所以睡得比較好，叫外賣滴滴什麼的都很方便的，樓下有個便利店，但是關門時間比較早，附近很多吃的，但是開門都比較晚，步行七八分鐘就可以去到北關夜市，夜晚比較熱鬧，吃的東西也不錯，吃飽還可以沿著江邊散散步消消食，離廣濟橋跟牌坊街也是五六分鐘車程，總體來説很滿意這個民宿，7個衞浴2個廚房還有露台，5樓還有2層超大露台可以看日出，冰箱如果可以放在2樓就更好，房間私密性也很高，每個房間都配有獨立密碼鎖，而且隔音也做得很好，2樓就算很吵，1樓跟3樓也完全聽不到聲音，房東服務也超讚的，缺什麼提前説一下，馬上就給你送來，退房那天我們車票是6點多，房東很貼心，還給我們延遲到2點多才退房，真的住了3天3個晚上，玩得很開心，離開那天還在感歎時間過得太快了，真的很慶幸選擇了這個民宿，值得推薦！

房間很乾凈，面積大十個人住的很舒服，停車費也便宜，潮州古城區停車不方便打車去景點滴滴10元錢就能到了，性價比很高，老闆態度很好還推薦了景點，下次朋友過來也推薦來住

是一棟5層民房改造的，除了4樓有個客廳，3樓有個麻將房，其餘就是小賓館的風格。整體乾淨程度 OK，但是每張床都很硬，像是直接睡木板一樣。離景區有一段車程，周圍就是城中村，沒啥吃飯購物的。如果自駕一定要注意樓下停車，如果停樓下規劃的那些車位會被附近村民貼強力紙，很難被撕下來，一定注意！
