在古城對面沙洲上的村裡，環境就一般，但是村裡餐廳超市都有，很方便。去古城牌坊街步行得半個多小時吧，不過那邊堵車，走過去也好。房間裝修簡單實用，空間大，乾淨整潔，去的時候正看到幾個服務員在做清潔換床品，衞生搞得可以。尤其在春節期間潮州酒店瘋狂漲價，很多五倍十倍的，這家900的二室一廳可以説是良心價了。建議店家洗浴用品可以準備多一點好一點 ，成本多不了多少錢，但是給顧客的體驗會好很多。

設施非常差:大門旁邊一個筆記本大小的窗户是本套房唯一的窗户！窗外是樓道電梯間，嘈雜不斷！
店方描述卧室有“陽台”，萬萬沒想到這個陽台門是板材的即不採光也不通風而且沒有窗户！關上門房間就是個悶盒子！關上燈伸手不見五指！
衞生間很小淋浴在馬桶旁，唯一下水口在面盆下面且非常小，沖個涼衞生間就變水溏了！晚上躺在伸手不見五指的房間聽漫長的下水道流水聲，膽小勿住！
地面是非常非常光滑！穿着店方提供的超薄一次性拖鞋彷彿進了溜冰場！帶孩子的請謹慎考慮安全問題！
整套房沒有晾衣架和掛衣架，卧室衣櫃裏也沒有衣架，橫桿距頂板也就兩公分衹能掛條圍巾！而且櫃子裏甲醛味很大什麼也不敢放！
環境:下了出租車才知道這個公寓就是農村自建房，入口在巷子裏，位置還可以去景區方便，但是周邊環境不好。
服務根本沒有，下車沒找到入口給店方打電話詢問，店方衹説了一句到前台來辦入住就把電話掛了！退房時，老闆從11點半就開始砸門真的是砸門，唯恐我們耽誤了退房時間！入住期間從未打掃過衞生，垃圾都是我們自己扔的！

房間挺大的，晚上睡覺很安靜
就是客廳洗手池有個台階，晚上需要注意點兒
離古城有段距離，租電瓶車很方便
樓下有停車位，去古城不建議開車

房間寬敞，細節有提高的空間。地址位於在江中間的島上，離古城和廣濟橋其實不遠。步行半小時內可到。店家態度挺好。總體滿意。

雖然位置和餐飲配套並不是很好，但房間非常好，熱水水量大，空調效果好，還有智能馬桶，還能免費停車。總之性價比挺高的！
對了，這次我定的兩室一廳和標間非常好，但三室一廳格局不太合理，兩個衞生間裏衹有一個帶淋浴，而且還🈚乾濕分離。。。。大家避雷三室一廳就可以

房間很大，但是衞生一般，入住當天枕套上有毛髮，小房間洗手間臭味明顯，晚上熱水不熱，位置離古城也有點遠，平時幾百的房價旺季要上千，感覺潮汕似乎沒有文旅局
旺季來潮汕真的是非常失敗的旅遊選擇
