整棟別墅三層，每一層房間都有獨立洗手間，房間乾淨衞生，一樓還有KTV，逛累了晚上點個外賣燒烤再唱首歌非常愜意，很適合一家人住，或者部門團建，房東還非常熱情，給我們推薦吃飯的餐廳都很好，沒有踩雷，這次旅行吃喝玩樂都很nice，下次如果還來潮州首選這家民宿。

這次潮州之行最正確的決定，就是預訂了這家古城外的民宿！它完美地平衡了便利與寧靜——步行到廣濟橋、牌坊街也就十來分鐘，既能輕鬆感受古城韻味，又能避開主街的喧鬧，享受一夜安眠。民宿本身就是一個驚喜。我們住的是一棟3層樓的房子，帶有一個小巧精緻的露台，午後坐在露台喝茶，那種慵懶閑適的感覺，瞬間就讓人愛上了。房間內部是智能家居，乾淨整潔，設施非常新，特別是床品舒適乾淨，洗去一天疲憊後能睡個好覺。最要誇的是房東，真的太熱情周到了！分享了很多本地人才知道的隱藏小店，中間還發生裝修吵鬧，第一時間聯繫房東反饋，立馬就幫忙協調，讓施工停止了，特別棒。總之，這是一家兼具顏值、舒適度和人情味的好民宿，強烈推薦給所有來潮州的朋友，下次來我一定還會住這裏！

入住第一次，感覺非常棒！！
我們十個人，第一次住民宿，分開四個房間，設備完善，沒想到娛樂配套齊全，特別是卡拉KTV，音響超級棒！我們大家都覺得很喜歡這次入住，下次再來也會再預訂，而且要多住兩天啊！

位置很好，步行去潮州古城十來分鐘👍還有k房遊戲機麻將等娛樂設施，下雨天的晚上在民宿幾家人大的小的都玩得很盡頭👍房東的綠植養得很好，最上起來還可以在三樓的小花園欣賞一下花花草草，最後還去附近買了房東介紹的牛筋丸，很好吃
