房間實際比照片還好看，佈置的很合理設施也很新，衞生非常乾淨整潔沒有異味，而且管理很好，附近吃的東西很齊全，下樓就是便利店買東西超級方便，我們人多住一起很合適。喜歡

大老遠3小時過去那邊玩，沒想到踩坑入住這家非常差又破爛的民宿，衞生差，環境非常差，紙巾全部積滿了灰塵，還有蟑螂，沒有停車場，入住民宿最基本的飲用水都沒有提供，管家還讓發訊息讓我們自己準備，發現問題告知管家卻沒有來解決問題，叫我給五星好評返現30元，不可能。

和朋友從外省帶小朋友過來旅遊，定的三房，首頁介紹説是住六個人，結果商家衹提供了四份一次性的洗漱用品，而且發短訊説不夠的自行購買。每個房間櫃子裏全都是一層厚厚的灰，還堆着換下來的臟被套。衞生間的衞生紙都是臟的，真是過於離譜。。更離譜的是，30幾度的天，早上七點多停電了，直接被熱醒。。後來説是供電局檢修，但是供電局早在8月1日就已經提前通知檢修計劃了，商家一句不知道，沒接到通知，覺得不關他的事。衹能説是非常非常糟糕的體驗

房間上網看到，確實潮州古城房子都是老房子了，但裏面裝修得很好哦，整體體驗感都很好，乾淨衞生，裝修風格也好！我們住了一晚後續了一晚有麻將房的，無我就是有麻將大家喜歡可以提前預訂哦，房東還熱情的給了一桶純凈水給我們！去古城牌坊很方便的電動車就樓下就可以租了50元一天，**共享的不要開去古城方向因為不能停車的，必須租樓下的才方便！住這裏唯一不不完美就是沒有電梯了，但還好一天也不是走很多遍樓梯！來潮州玩的可以考慮住這裏了，看裝修感覺房東也是有品味的人😊，還有就是房挺很大的哈哈😃
