住過許多酒店，這麼差的還是第一次遇見，本來以為四鑽的酒店，應該不會很差，結果太失望了，工作人員不用培訓就上崗，服務員説話像機器，問啥都沒有，沒有一點服務業的專用語，也沒有那種需要為客户服務的意識，屬於高冷範，惜字如金！途中遇到貌似領導的一個女的，邊走邊哈哈大笑，説話很大聲，一點也不敬業，再説酒店的早餐，一言難盡，好像災荒年，能讓你吃飽就行，一大堆的粥，一大堆的粗糧，房間的小冰箱有兩瓶最低檔的飲料，洗手液拼盡全力都按不出來，糟心的一次住宿，踩雷！但凡願意讓員工去做個專業培訓也不至於糟糕成這樣！

酒店位置離牌坊街不遠，打車幾分鐘就可以到，附近步行可以到開元寺。
房間乾淨衞生，停車場不大，就在酒店背後進出很方便。

衞生：很乾凈，我説就這樣可以了，可阿姨對自己要求很高
環境：環境不錯，挺好的，鬧中取靜
服務：因為刷卡的事情，我挺生氣，因為我們是連住的，所以第二天逛好夜市回來很累，結果上去六樓房卡刷不了，叫小朋友去找前台刷，她説好了，然後上來，還是刷不了，然後我帶着孩子一起去，確定能刷再上來，真的蠻累的
建議：做房卡的時候，續住的話還要重新去前台刷卡就很麻煩，希望改進一下這個，因為很多酒店續住是直接住了，一般不會再去刷一次，你們的電梯也很忙
