The hotel is newly opened, everything is very neat and clean. The receptionist and store manager downstairs were very polite. But all this seems useless when faced with "inability to sleep". This house is right next to the road, and there are large trucks passing by all the time, one every ten seconds is no exaggeration. The windows were useless, and the vibration and loud noise kept the children awake at night. They woke up at around six o'clock and could not fall asleep again. What is even more unbearable to me is that the children and my husband go to bed early, but I am ready to go to bed after midnight. Soon, irregular knocking noises began. After enduring this for forty minutes, I had no way of contacting the store. At first I thought it was the sound of knocking during the renovations, but then the manager came to my room and heard it. He told me it was the sound coming from the billiard room downstairs. He also went to communicate with the billiard room but to no avail. The sound continued until four or five in the morning. I am on my period and have barely slept all night, and I am still feeling very uncomfortable. This review is only about the noise issue. I hope the store will actively improve it. I am 100% sure about the attitude of the store and the hygiene of the hotel facilities.

I booked this hotel while on the high-speed train. I originally booked it because it was newly renovated, close to the high-speed train station, and the room was cheap. I was really surprised after checking in. The room was clean and hygienic overall. Although it was newly renovated, there was no odor. The bed was very comfortable, the pillow was latex, the toiletries in the bathroom were also very good, and the toothbrush cups were disposable, which was very thoughtful. There were tea leaves and tea sets at the bar, which were all very good. The most amazing thing was that when I got up in the morning and opened the curtains, I could actually see a garden. The room I booked was no longer available when I arrived, but the hotel upgraded the room for free, and also sent us to the high-speed train station for free the next morning. I highly recommend it! ! !
