Hotel front desk staff service is very good

房間是寬敞的，因洗手枱小，顯得房間放東西的櫃子少，建議電視機下再放一個，至於看湖景不是每個房間能看到，還有房間的開關插座有壞的鬆動的建議維修。唯一值得誇獎的是他家提供一次性浴巾和麪巾。電視機換個大點的吧。

山水湖景房，大落地玻璃窗，風景超棒。難得的是窗户外面沒有建築物。位置俱佳，在西湖邊上，離潮州古城、牌坊街、廣濟橋都很近，步行遊覽即可。出門50米即是潮州老字號網紅店：潮鎮老尾牛雜，非常好吃，一般人吃中碗30元足夠。
一點點小不足：房間電視機太小了，該換了。

酒店位於西湖公園旁邊，步行到牌坊街約15分鐘，周邊有許多潮汕特色美食，可惜沒有免費停車位，門口路邊的劃線車位也非常緊張。房間寬敞，乾淨衞生，窗户正對西湖公園景色，窗前有茶桌茶椅茶具，品茗聊天非常愜意，衞生間乾濕分離，使用方便。牀頭櫃有一側沒有插座和開關，稍顯不便。
