The B&B is located on the archway street in the ancient city, near the bamboo and wooden door, and is only about 5 minutes' walk from Guangji Bridge and Zhenhai Tower. It is very convenient.
The B&B rooms are clean and hygienic. The rooms have not only showers but also bathtubs, and the toilets are smart toilets. The rooms are paved with floors.
The B&B service is also very good, and they will help with luggage.
The B&B also has its own Tang suits for rent.

隔音不太好，就在牌坊街樓上，能聽到街上遊客和商販的買賣聲。晚上要到12點才會安靜下來，後半夜還是比較安靜的。
洗澡水温不恆定，忽冷忽熱。
有洗衣機，在天台，可以洗衣服和曬衣服。
人太多，年初四的英歌舞被取消了。
總的來説，1100一晚的性價比不高，因為在潮州古城裡麪，牌坊街上，價格高可以理解，但不能接受。

民宿地理位置就在牌坊街裏，周邊熱鬧。從牌坊街外面走進來有1千米，下水門走進來很近了，不過5點交通管制，車子就開不進永濟橋邊上的永濟樓這裏了，離店叫車子也是不方便，早於5點前好像也一直堵車。
民宿住宿在2-4樓，年紀大的長者不是很方便，衞生間也是有台階的。房間裏沒有電視機，這個倒也沒關係。衞生還可以，有一次性浴巾可選。

客棧所處地理位置較好，在古城牌坊街內，晚上出去逛逛很方便，樓下都是吃喝的美食店，同樣地，因為在牌坊街內，所以如果開車去的盆友要注意了，得提前跟客棧老闆説好，老闆人挺好的，很熱情可以幫忙安排停車事宜。
唯一讓我不太能接受的是，床品看上去不是那麼的乾淨整潔，不曉得到底有沒有一客一換，床單和枕頭上都有明顯的污跡，這讓我沒法安心使用，雖然以後可能不會再去，但希望給老闆提個醒吧，這很幸運住客體驗感，能改善一下相信生意會更好！

酒店地理位置極佳，樓下就是古城牌仿街👍
停車方面就麻煩一些，但也可以理解。
酒店經理服務態度很贊👍不僅指導停車還介紹遊玩線路🫰
唯一遺憾的是房間是頂層防寒效果不是很好，不知道是當天太冷？還是空調製熱不夠的原因？
但總體體驗還是不錯的👍

沒注意網上寫的空調衹有製冷，入住後晚上有點冷。房間裏有兩個窗户，有一個正好在床頭，睡覺時覺得頭有點涼。另外，窗户面對牌坊街，有點吵，影響睡眠。其他都很好
