這個潮州韓山商務酒店非常差勁！從大廳開始就是臟亂差！房間及設施與平台上展示的完全不同，簡直就是商業欺詐！我們為去哪兒平台讓這樣一家黑店上架感到不解與悲哀。服務態度惡劣，滿嘴謊言欺騙！剛進大廳就是店家臟亂的被窩在前台，房間一股潮氣，牆壁發黴，縫隙污黑，洗手間太臟，不僅馬桶滿是污漬，地磚破損，而且洗臉枱水龍頭都東倒西歪！被褥薄且潮濕……連一般的縣級招待所都不如，還滿天要價，簡直就是不知廉恥！差！差！差！提醒旅行的朋友們一定避坑，平台加強審核與管理不能一味縱容而沒有懲治措施，傷了廣大消費者的心。

位置就是路邊，門口有停車場，是九十年代老房子，房間裏的牆面都掉粉了，連燒開水的水壺都沒有，空調是擺設，因為沒有遙控器，廁所老舊，太垃圾了

酒店交通便利，有大型停車場，對於自駕出行的朋友很友好，離潮州高速路出口近，易找！離官塘兄弟牛肉火鍋店總店不足一百米，走路不用一分鐘，打卡火鍋店的好住處，附近還有官塘魚生，很絕！酒店環境乾淨整潔，老闆人很好，很熱心！酒店性價比很高，值得推薦，下次去去潮州首選住處，棒棒棒！！！

酒店比較好找，在國道旁邊，有免費大型停車場，離韓師很近，就在馬路對面，打車或者坐車都比較便利，出門就有公交車站，酒店環境乾淨整潔，老闆服務態度很好，附近吃食也比較多，離網紅牛肉店超級近！過來打卡網紅店或來韓師考試的好住處，性價比高！

房間特別簡陋，床鋪也不是很乾凈，尤其衞生間像毛坯房。絕了，過年期間，這樣的房子竟然還能漲到700多。
