房間不錯，挺大的，2張1.8米大床，能滿足家庭出遊的需求。店家挺好的，還送餐卷，早餐可口，種類不錯，接地氣。就是洗手間有點小，沒地方放衣服。

挺不錯的，體驗挺好。位置在維也納酒店背靠的小區裏面，直接在維也納酒店前台辦理入住，也算方便。帶小孩出行住小區安全又可以下來園內玩。這個小區是整個鳳凰鎮唯一的樓盤，一眼看到。入住率非常低，挺清靜的。晚餐早餐都吃的前面的維也納，還不錯。主打一個方便。一整套的房子一家人住又比直接住維也納舒適。

説是觀山客棧，實際就是小公寓，沒人管理，託管給樓下的維也納酒店，宣傳頁有陽台，定了豪華山景，實際就是半窗户，哪來的山景看得到！衞生一般，凳子上頭髮都有，打電話一直也沒人接，反正感覺好評是刷的

很好👍滿意！雖然玩到很晚才入住，但很舒適，旁邊就是乃興旅遊集散中心，上鳳凰山的專線車乘坐點，非常方便！

房間很寬敞，適合家庭或朋友，衞生間地排隔臭沒做好，有臭味迴流，位置很好找，和維也納酒店在一起，旁邊有一家商超，2公里內能找到吃的，當地特色菜。

跟维也纳酒店在同一栋楼，18层以上是客栈，以下是维也納，前台也是由维也纳代管，问題在大堂沒有放个提示牌，沒问维也納的话跟本不知在那Check in, , 十一的时候人超多，维也納前台忙翻，想插个話问一下都沒空理，打电话询问也沒人接，后来问了隔璧奶茶店才知就在维也納前台办入住，跟著维也纳的客人排老半天才入住，入住有让加了微信，後来退房走後想起忘开发票，就在微信上发了讯息问能不能补开，连回都不回，不知道兩家老板是不是同样的？

就在維也納裏面沒有免費停車位（直接停外面）衞生一般吧説得過去有蚊子！但很大有洗碗機有抽煙機
