Room was very clean and comfortable. Bed was excellent, but pillows could be better (more firm/ supportive).
Location is good, close to main tourist areas, but you need to didi (not easily walkable).
Service was excellent, especially a lady at the front desk named 杨扬 who was very helpful and gave us many helpful recommendations and advice.
Wifi in hotel was extremely slow, and even mobile reception in the rooms was unuseable (even for basic things like uploading photos or ordering *******).

Nice room but everything is prepared for 2 people while we paid for 3. We have to call and ask for the 3rd person’s towel and water. The aircon is not cool enough.

I had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Chao Zhou Riverside because of its strategic location for Guang Ji Qiao lighting show from my window. The staff were friendly and attentive, namely Miss Jenny Zhang, who served us promptly at the counter. Another guy, Mr Tom Fang, took hiring and calling for the 'Didi travel' to and fro for our dinner. Moreover, Mr Jason Chen,who is the 值班经理 also acted friendly, deligent, helpful, and professional in his services for our stay and tour. In fact, we appreciated it very much for such a warmth hospitality. Besides, the room was clean and conducive, and the facilities were excellent. We especially enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere here. Thank you for making our stay pleasant and memorable. We look forward to returning soon and introduce to friends and relatives as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel's location offers fantastic views, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. The staff deserves high praise for their genuine warmth, especially Kai小楷 at the front desk. His cheerful attitude and eagerness to help were above and beyond. We can't wait to return!

A fantastic stay from start to finish. The hotel is modern, clean, and in a great location overlooking the Han River, very close to the ancient city. The rooms are spacious and quiet with very comfortable beds. The real highlight was the staff, JiaJia was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Chaozhou.

沒想到來到潮州試了一下潮汕毒葯，結果腸胃不適，導致一天都沒有出門。點了外賣，還好有機器人能夠幫忙送上來。酒店的員工亞瑟（名字忘記咋寫了）接電話的時候聽到我的聲音有些虛弱，關心的詢問，之後又給我送了一晚白粥，有心了。就衝著這碗白粥，下次來潮州還是選擇皇冠假日。

酒店的房間視野很好，可以俯瞰小半個潮州，房間也打掃的很乾凈，入住體驗很舒服，服務非常不錯，還貼心的提供了空氣凈化器，旁邊就是潮州古城，來潮州遊玩首選，體驗感非常好
