Possivelmente uma das piores estadias dos últimos anos. Lençol e a toalhas estavam manchados. O chuveiro estava desregulado não concentrando a água. Estava escorrendo água do registro da descarga. A academia é muito ruim, não possui nenhum equipamento razoável, esteira sem visor e tremendo. Acabou a bateria da fechadura e quebrou o elevador (imprevistos compreensíveis) Questionei o valor da diária no momento do check in por estar muito acima do comum e informaram que era devido ao evento na cidade, porém, após o check out outro hóspede também questionou e foi cobrado dele um valor muito inferior ao que paguei. E me informaram que não fariam reembolso mesmo sendo a mesma situação. Deixaram de reembolsar um valor justo e agora com certeza não voltarei e quando me pedirem opinião não recomendarei.

Ambiente agradável e uma equipe de funcionários maravilhosos. Adorei o café da manhã com uma variedade de bolos deliciosos. Localização muito próxima a uma variedade de restaurantes. Também tem uma sala de ginástica.
