What can I say...a very clean and well looked after site. Everything you need for a family holiday. Plus walking distance to shops, village, bus stops, entertainment everything. Staff on site in restaurants/shops etc very polite and helpful . First time on this site but are definitely going to go back next year . Would definitely recommend .

Nice holiday home, a bit small but clean, tidy and warm. Full central heating. Staff were friendly. Pool is a good size with separate mini pool for babies/toddlers. Place is quite big and can be a bit of a maze. Try a book a home by the lake, much quieter and no view of other homes.

We stayed in a private owned caravan on the site.Great caravan.Site is pretty good. The under 4,s indoor play area..staff looked like they didn't want to be there and were not that good at interacting with anyone.One staff member looked like she could fall asleep.The laundrette on site dryers were just money pits and very poor. Most of the takeaway outlets ran out of the basics like jacket potatoes by 7pm.Ice cream van that visits the site was great value for money and the man was very friendly.

We found this a great base for our stay to explore both Skegness and Ingoldmells. Pro's - Check in was quick, efficient and staff were really friendly, the caravan was immaculate (site owned) as was the site as a whole. Swimming pool was lots of fun and really easy to book a session (popped in the evening before), Arcade was good, lots of amenities nearby including shops and numerous takeaways (take cash), a launderette, all within a short walking distance as was Chapel St Leonards beach (a lovely member of staff told us about a short cut through a neighbouring site) Cons - The club seemed to be more aimed at older children, very loud, some may enjoy this but was not suited to us as a family with younger children. The bar and grill seemed chaotic but that is to be expected in high season. We had a second car which sometimes it was hard to get an extra space. Overall, it was great value for money at £90 per night, the caravan definitely exceeded expectations, please don't be put off by the super negative reviews :)

Very empty had less than 5 people playing Bingo we went in and was asked to leave because I was in a mobility scooter only having ONE LEG I couldn’t leave the scooter outside because i would have to enter the room on my bottom, and I look very silly . In 2024 I thought we would all be treated the same. Owners should be a shamed

Arrived on the park Saturday the 10th called in to reception to purchase our family pass for the week we have stayed many times before so know what we have to do. We were greeted by 2 lovely ladies on the club reception one with short blonde hair and another lady with short dark hair and glasses. They were both lovely and always said hello through our stay. The park is great for my family as I have a 12yr old and 15yr old and it pleases them. Looking forward to returning again very soon. Entertainment is great something for everyone. Specially loved the steps vs vengaboys relived my youth.
