"Excellent location. Close to two subway stations, one train stop and several bus stops. Cafes, restaurants, and a laundromat were within walking distance. This hotel had several communal areas for guests to relax. They provided games and kitchen supplies to assist with your stay. The rooms and common areas were very clean. Most staff was very friendly. No meals were served on site but delivery was available."

"Out of 5, I give this hotel 10 points! Take a taxi from the hotel to Charles de Gaulle T3, 36 euros. The hotel costs about 10 euros to the left bank attractions and 20 euros to the right bank. A taxi is suitable for 3-4 people. This hotel is clean and new, the mattress is very comfortable, the only drawback is that there is no hair dryer, and it is a little far from the subway station. The room was cleaned every day and it wasn't as old as other hotels in downtown Paris. Although it was a budget option, the room was actually an inner and outer room, which perfectly avoided the screams of European teenagers at night. The hotel is 0 km away from Carrefour, and the prices are half cheaper than in the city. All in all, this hotel is very suitable for budget travelers. It is economical, affordable, new and well-received!"

"We choose this cheap hotel for one quick night without any expectations. It’s 15 minutes by bus from the gare de Lyon train station. The room was bigger than expected with places to put the luggage and clothes. Bathroom and room was very clean. I would not recommend to stay here to visit the city as it’s a bit on the outskirts of Paris"

"I am used to take novotel but I must say this one isn't so good.
Rooms don't really have air-conditioning. They a air system that blow a very little air but when it gets hot in the room, don't expect to feel better. This should be clearly mentioned as it is supposed to be a 4 stars.
Regarding the location, it's not bad. Close to the subway and bus. You also have the bois de boulogne (park) nearby. Which is nice by day but a nightmare in the evening.
We have tried the restaurant of the hotel. The guy is nice but alone. He is doing the job and the food is decent.
But if we have to organise a trip in advance, I would try to avoid this place in the future. It needs to upgrade itself..."

"Notre chambre était très spacieuse, le petit déjeuner très bien pour le tarif, nous avons eu quelques soucis de chauffage, mais l’équipe du Kyriad a été très efficace et ils ont trouvé une solution très rapidement .
Donc malgré ce petit soucis, je donne 5 étoiles grâce au service et à la gentillesse de l’équipe.
Hôtel proche du métro ligne 8, très pratique ."

"The room is very big compared to other hotels. It is very convenient to have a kitchen. The area is safe. It is within walking distance of the subway. I will consider staying here next time I come to Paris."

"Все было в лучшем виде!
Не смутило ни отсутствие лифта, ни маленькие номера. Наоборот очень уютные и стильные комнаты со свежим ремонтом.
Отель находится в старом пятиэтажном здании. Всего 28 комнат.
Персонал внимательный, каждый день проводили уборку и подкладывали печенье, сахар, кофе и прочее.
Я обязательно вернусь!"

"Plus:
I like that it is a self sufficient hotel apartment. You get basic utensils and microwave if you wish to do some cooking. That's more than what i could ask for and I really enjoy it.
The shower might be Abit small and narrow but it is more than sufficient for one person if you are not six footer and above or doesn't have BMI greater than say 23-25.
Less crowd
Near amenities.
The only short fall is that it is a fair bit of distance from city center. Which is not a bad thing if you prefer something more affordable and slightly away from the busy and craze and crowd of the city. Bakery and a few supermarket (carrefour and auchan is just stone throw away)"
