Just 2 blocks from city center. Right in the heart of Charlevoix! Three bedrooms and full bathroom upstairs, with an additional bedroom and full bathroom downstairs. House was bought in 2019 and during 2020 the entire house has been renovated! All bedrooms have a ROKU Smart TV. We know you will enjoy our happy place as much as we do :)

July 4th Family Vacation!
This house was absolutely beautiful! So cute, so clean and it has a great backyard for family games and a fire pit for making s'mores. The location was perfect for walking into the town. It had everything you could want! The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating! We had such a wonderful time we didn’t want to leave! I would highly recommend this home for anyone interested in renting!

The home is immaculate and very homey. Kitchen is stocked with all of the essentials and beyond! The location is perfect-five minute walk to downtown for shopping and dining. . . There is a hill! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend and rent again. Only request would be a full length mirror somewhere. We were attending a wedding so it would have been helpful. Still five stars all the way around!

Wedding in Charlevoix,
We enjoyed our stay, although some of the amenities listed were not there. It would be nice if are they had a few couch blankets,scissors for the kitchen, maybe some board games, dice or playing cards. Overall, it was nice and we made it work.
Derek worked very well with us for our early arrival and accommodating our family get together for breakfast and later in the evening for dinner Thank you

Wedding at castle farms
Lovely clean comfortable home not far from Castle Farms where my granddaughter was getting married. Close to town and beach, everyone we meet was helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend staying at this lovely home.

The house fit 6 people comfortably. The owners are extremely nice. The rules for the house were extremely easy. I will most definitely be renting this house again from them in the future. We used the grill the one night and my kids loved that there was a play set outback.

Charlevoix getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our return stay at our rented house!! The home is very clean, uncluttered and comfortable. The location is excellent! Walk to downtown or take a short drive to beautiful Lake Charlevoix for swimming etc. Close to Lake Michigan. Beautiful sunsets!
