The pillows weren't that comfortable, the cleaning people didn't come when needed and were rude, the shower pressure wasn't great, room not that inviting, but had dishes, spoons, forks, knives, glasses which were good and a little stove to cook on, heat and air was pretty good, the laundry center was good, they have in lobby things you can buy if run out like detergent, or food for breakfast or whatever meals needed, drinks too

My room was ok the air conditioning is good, like that there are dishes, silverware and glasses and 24/7 ice. The elevator wasn't working all the time so that wasn't good and don't have coffee or breakfast. Also one of the housekeeping young girl wasn't helpful in getting my wash cloths and hand towels took forever and having to tell front desk as well just should have been nicer I am guest and guest should always be treated like they would treat their family. Shouldn't have to go to management and front desk over and over. I do appreciate the woman manager at the front desk listened to me I appreciate that. But to me if your going to have a housekeeper they need to speak English as well cause not everyone speaks Spanish. Just something to think about
