"The hotel is in a good location, about 15 minutes walk from Gare de Vichy. Close to the city center park, Opéra and other areas, not too far from several major attractions. There are fewer vehicles and pedestrians near the hotel at night and it is very quiet at night. There is almost no public transportation around, but the city is not too big, walking is the main way. The hotel's bistrot is good (sighs for dinner, about 1520 euros). Overall Ibis is recommended."

"Poor amenities. There was only one coffee stick and no tea bag. Mineral water was only on the first day, and there was no replenishment after bed making.
When I returned to the room after cleaning the room and was relaxing, the hotel staff opened the door without permission.
The staff at the front desk felt bad, and when I asked about the spa, I was told to ask at the front desk of the spa.
The spa was comfortable, but I am disappointed to expect ５ star service for the hotel."
