One night stay for business reasons. Nice and clean hotel and room. Shower space a little small in the room I was assigned.

We arrived after midnight but there was somebody available to check us in. They were very friendly & cheerful despite it being so late. The room was absolutely fine. It was clean & comfy & idea for an overnight stay. The bathroom & shower were clean & towels were adequate. Breakfast the next morning was fine with plenty of choice for the value. The hotel isn’t easy to find as others have mentioned in previous reviews, it’s worth doing a walk through on google maps beforehand so you can see how to access it through car parks of other businesses.

Good travelling motel. Close to a couple of eating places. Convenient. Room clean though shower leaked. Car park was very full, though we did find a space at 9pm. Motel buried amongst lots of other places so had to drive around to get in.

Hôtel très calme, malgré le monde et ll'a circulation. Très bon lit:ai bien dormi. Petit déjeuner excellent et en quantité. Personnel professionnel et très aimable. Cela fait 2 fois que j'y vais et y retournerai des que j'irai à Chartres. Merci au personnel à l'écoute et efficace.

ATTENTION, la plateforme Accor se passe de votre accord !!! Elle peut très classiquement effectuer votre réservation dans un Ibis Budget grâce à votre carte bancaire, code confidentiel et validation sécurisée par votre banque. MAIS, pour peu que vous essayiez de vérifier les options prises, vous vous retrouvez avec un doublon, c'est à dire une deuxième réservation, sans aucune validation ni invalidation possibles. Accor a réussi à réitérer le premier paiement. Très pro, il vous le confirme par mail. Sauf que c'est une arnaque, vous n'avez jamais autorisé ni Accor, ni votre banque à procéder à ce deuxième achat achat. Et comme vous avez choisi la première réservation sans annulation ....

Hôtel à fuir !!!! C'est une véritable arnaque. Ils vous facturent deux fois pour la même chambre et vous demandent d'envoyer un e-mail à la direction pour obtenir un remboursement, car le personnel à la réception n'est pas autorisé à effectuer des remboursements. Il serait nécessaire de former votre personnel ! Deux mois après avoir contacté la direction, nous n'avons toujours pas reçu de réponse.
