Despite all efforts made by the trained staff and the rooms re-established at nine, a water leak in the bathroom, not water to take a shower but just a bath. There is no boiler in the room, while there is tea and coffee. Personnel is lost at each request ... If it's just to sleep, you'd spend a good night, but didn't expect any more of your stay. I wish them many evolved , because everyone must have his chance.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel with all the necessary facilities. A pleasant kitchen, a nice breakfast room spacious. It was raining, so we used the car to enter Futuroscop, which is accessible by foot.

Very clean hotel with a very spacious room and comfortable beds, the staff is very professional. The only downside is that my car was scratched on purpose during the night but that's just a detail...the main thing is elsewhere

Great ease of access to the hotel the signage is perfect the parking lot is large there is no problem finding a parking space the staff at reception are very friendly and competent the establishment was very clean I will come back without hesitation if the opportunity arises

The hotel is located at a distance of about 15 minutes from Futuroscop, clean and the staff is welcome and laughing.

The receptionists were very friendly. Futuroscope is at 15 mins walk. Only bad point is that air conditioner was out of service in my room.

Cost-effective. When staying at the hotel, the front desk attitude was not good. Communicate with Ctrip.com customer service in time and solve the problem in 30 minutes. Some hotel staff outside the country are not of good quality, but Ctrip's timely handling and problem-solving attitude is worthy of praise. Give affirmation. I will use Trip.com to book a hotel next time.

High-speed entrance and exit, but the sound insulation is very good, the room is completely unaffected. The carpet at the door of the bathroom is wet and wet. Good for the price, room and bathroom slightly bigger than others in this price range and the addition of a fridge & microwave is excellent, reception not staffed until after 5pm so you have to check in via a screen if you arrive before.
