This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had... A story for a movie: We arrived very late, checked into our room, and there were drops of water on the ceiling, the entire floor was wet... and the bed, too, because drops were falling from the ceiling... We were shocked, went down to reception. They gave us a different room. We walked in, and there was water on the countertop, and the range hood was dripping. The entire ceiling was moldy, and it smelled damp... I didn't have the strength to complain anymore, so I started writing to trip.com asking to shorten our stay and find another one tomorrow... We were refused. But someone rang the doorbell and offered us a third room. It was the best... we stayed. I don't recommend it. It's damp, even the landing smells of rotten garbage, poorly swept. Eggshells... candy wrappers... had been lying near our room for a week. It's awful, I don't know what the hotel owner is thinking.
