3-Star Hotels in Chatan

The Hotel is in a walking distance to American Village (~10 minutes). Hotel provided free “Golf car” service between hotel and American village, in the afternoon. There is also another free golf car service, guess this is cooperated by all hotels in the area, see the timetable attached. Room is big and clean.

Absolutely loved this hotel! Booked the Japanese style room for a family of 4. Since we are only 2, and it was so spacious. There was also a proper dining table and washing machine. Many restaurants, supermarkets and convenience shops all around. For though that are looking for a more unique stay / non-traditional hotel, this is the place!

A self-service family-style hotel, clean and comfortable. It has a kitchen and pots. You can buy ingredients from the supermarket to cook yourself. There is a washing machine, but the dryer is out of order. It is very close to the American Village and is very convenient.

Highly recommended, the service is enthusiastic, you can speak English, and the scenery is unparalleled, you can have an unparalleled view of the sea from the first row. Needless to say more about good restaurants, I can only recommend them! ! !

The service staff will greet you kindly, and a simple breakfast is included. There are 4 bicycles that can be rented for free. Next to Hamaya Ramen, there are some restaurants nearby. It is very close to the seaside, but you have to drive or ride a bicycle to the American Village. The room is large and has a balcony, washing machine and dryer. Parking is free and you need to leave your car key to facilitate the service staff to move your car.

The Hotel is located next to Steakhouse, BBQ and Italian Restaurants and the Sunabe Wall dive site. If you arrive by bus the hotel is a 15min Walk away from the Bus stop of the Kadena US Military Base Entrance. They have free laundry and vending machines for food and drinks. I had a nice stay. The room was small but tidy and I had views on city and ocean.

The entrance of the hotel is very small, there is no reception hall, only a counter like a guard room, it is easy to miss him. The location is very close to Sunset Beach, just three minutes' walk away! TV is very big! There are double-door refrigerators, microwave ovens, wet and dry separation in the bathroom, and washing machines with separate washing and drying are the factors that I choose here. But the wooden floor is very dirty. Although there is a sweeping robot in the room, it is broken. The counter told us that there is no other robot that can be exchanged for us, because we are staying for an extended stay, so we can't stand it the next day and have to clean it by ourselves 😓 (the hotel does not provide it Free cleaning for continued stay) In addition, the quick-boiler is also broken, and the counter borrowed us the thermos in the hall on the first floor. They seem to be divided into two shifts, and the counter staff also serve as housekeeping. When we checked out, there was no one at the counter, so we had to hand over the key to a male employee of the hotel and inform the Trip customer service staff before leaving.

The location is good, the room and bathroom are very large, and there is a large balcony. The disadvantage is that there are not many parking spaces. If you don't find a space, you have to go to Beize Park next door to find a parking space, which is very inconvenient. No matter how you adjust the position of the air conditioner in the room, the air will blow onto your head, which makes your head very uncomfortable if it blows all day long. Otherwise, it is a very good hotel

Hotel location is not wrong,  However, entering each room is outdoor, the corridor is less dark, and the night feels good. After entering the room, you have to remove shoes from the entrance, so the underground of the room is a few clean. The room is a few large and comfortable, but the wash tray only has frozen water. Free drink will be sent to the step, the staff are a few  friendly, the awareness of epidemic prevention is high, and you will be asked if you have fever, sore throat, runny nose, etc.. It is quarantined from the American village, so it is very convenient to go to the American village. Overall, it is not wrong.

It is very suitable for families with children. It provides kitchenware and stoves, so you can cook by yourself. It is also convenient to prepare baby food. The location is close to American Village and there is parking space. Room prices are affordable.
