Lovely, simple hotel in a characterful building. Clean, comfortable room in a peaceful town. Good breakfast and the restaurant's regional food is excellent. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Perfect for a short stay. There's free in-street parking

We ate here 3 nights out of the 7 we stayed in Chatenois and for us it was the best restaurant in the village. The waitresses were very attentive and even when our little one was sick it wasn't an issue. A great relaxed atmosphere with great local dishes, where nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for 3 very enjoyable evenings and helping make our holiday.

Centrally located in a beautiful village away from the tourist crowds. Charming building with a lot of personality. Clean and fresh. Good restaurant with a nice selection of Alsatian/French cuisine and wine, including from the owner’s own vineyard. Friendly owner and staff. We hope to come back.

L’intérieur de cet hôtel est tout aussi accueillant que l’extérieur avec ses colombages. La literie et les oreillers sont très confortables et la chambre est propre. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et le service est très professionnel. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut au petit déjeuner. Possibilité de se garer à proximité et dîner sur place. Carte de spécialités alsaciennes. Nous aimerions à nouveau séjourner dans cet hôtel si nous retournons en Alsace. Il est situé au sud de Strasbourg, proche de la Route des Vins.

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans cet établissement et tout était top. La chambre, la literie, les petits déjeuners copieux, les repas avec les spécialités locales ainsi que le personnel à notre écoute. Tout cela avec un tarif raisonnable. Un tout petit bémol pour le prix d'une part de fromage, 6 euros la part cela me parait excessif. L'hôtel est idéalement positionné (entre Colmar et Strasbourg) et à proximité de nombreux sites et des villages à visiter. Pour un séjour en Alsace, ne pas hésiter à résider à cet établissement.

Sehr nettes sauberes Hotel, schöne Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, leckeres Frühstück, freundliches Personal. Die Fahrräder konnten sicher abgestellt werden mit Lademöglichkeit. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Übernachten.

Belle auberge traditionnelle en demi-pension et repas le soir uniquement. Accueil timide mais bienveillant. Service dynamique par une équipe jeune et qualifiée. Mets traditionnels succulents accompagnés de vins locaux et Bio, de qualité. Chambre bien équipée et confortable. Facture raisonnable. A recommander pour une étape de quelques jours

Suite a un problème de santé je n'avais pas eu le loisir de mettre un commentaire sur l’hôtel DOTENVILLE. Dès notre arrivé accueil très agréable; chambre propre et sympathique et surtout une cuisine excellente. Le soir du réveillon fut une soirée ou nos papilles nous ont fait découvrir les saveurs d'Alsace. Merci encore aux patrons et à leur équipe ainsi qu'a la ville de CHANTENOIS jolie village pittoresque sur la route du vin ou on a pu boire un excellent vin familiale.
