The room had obviously not been serviced, with dirty towels on the bathroom floor and the bed unmade with old sheets. When I brought this to reception's attention they very quickly sorted the sheets and towels, but left the human hair on the floor. When I then tried to enter the room my key did not work, and all of my luggage was in there , fast forward hour an hour later we got in via an adjoining door ( lock still broken) On returning the following day the man on reception was rude and not very helpful when I asked had the door been fixed .

The staff was useless. They didn’t try to help when needed. For example of ordering a taxi or at least trying to find out the price for me. They told me two different prices depending on who you asked when it comes to late check out.

Very bad stay, bad breakfast a small as salt was not organized. Also the Water cooker for boiling eggs was not on, so waited for 20 min for a boiled egg. In the morning there was a only cold water availably to shower.

À 1h du matin quand nous sommes rentrés, on avait une petite faim. Le responsable de nuit « Ricardo » nous a ouvert la cuisine et nous a fait un excellent repas pour quatre personnes. Encore un grand merci à lui. L’accueil est excellent et le quartier calme. Très content de ce séjour.

Chambre agréable par sa taille et son calme. Il faudrait rénover un peu la déco pour donner un peu de peps car c'est un peu tristounet et sans âme. La salle de bain mériterait aussi un petit coup de peps et un nettoyage des robinetteries afin qu'elles brillent un peu plus.

Emplacement excellent, à 23 minutes à pied de la gare routière. prix abordable, par contre propreté à améliorer. L'hôtel Cerise porte bien son nom car il y a effectivement des cerisiers tout autour de l'hôtel arrivé au printemps c'est excellent.
