Clean and all in good condition

The service staff can solve the problem immediately, but the hardware facilities are average, the washing and drying machine is difficult to use, and there is no hair dryer in the room. The swimming pool is nice but has a strange smell, which can only be said to be commendable.

The location of the hotel is OK, close to the train station, but close to the roadside, very noisy, it can be said that there is no service at all. Fortunately, I brought my own bath towels. The towels in the bathroom had visible stains, and there were several stains and blood stains on the quilt. I stayed for two weeks and only cleaned twice. The housekeeping was of very low quality, and we had to check out at 10 in the morning. We could not negotiate to check out at 12. After we checked out at 10, we sat at the front desk and did not leave the hotel. The front desk was very small, with only a sofa coffee table, and only our family sat here. However, at 12, I suddenly remembered to pack my luggage and forgot to open the closet in the room. I forgot a small black bag, which contained a computer charging cable and conversion plug, and two sets of dance costumes. I checked out for only 2 hours and did not leave the hotel. I immediately went back to the room to look for it. The hygiene had been cleaned, but all the things were gone. The staff did not take the initiative to return them, and the front desk did not actively cooperate in the search. I returned to China and continued to call to find them. The front desk asked me to send an email, and I waited for a day but still had no reply. I have lived in hotels for decades, and this is the first time I have encountered someone who lost something and did not return it. This hotel should not be lived in if it is not possible. It is a painful lesson.

The hotel is in a good location. We made a last-minute reservation. Many hotels in Chatswood were fully booked, so the price was much higher than usual. Overall, the price/performance ratio was not high.
