"I was mistakenly booked in for an earlier date, but the receptionist kindly fixed up even if I did not turn up on the date booked. I wasn't expecting much from this budget booking, but it had more than I expected for the price. Compact, good location, cozy and quiet + 2 bottles of compliment water "

Convenient transportation and various restaurants and convenience stores nearby are the plus points for this hotel."

"The room is big and has a balcony which is a plus, but the air conditioning is almost the same whether it is adjusted or not. The refrigerator is filled with creamer, which is different from the nearby restaurants. But remember to note that you need a room close to the elevator."

"The location is very handy. 10 mins walk to train, metro, and bus stations. Shopping mall is just a 5 minute walk. Restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. Gym is well equipped. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. However, one day the cleaner didn’t close our door properly, luckily nothing was missing from our room. The main issue is the construction noise and dust. We paid extra for an executive studio with a balcony. However during our stay, the site opposite our hotel was under construction. Cement drill and digger created constant loud noise and dust from 7am each day Monday to Saturday. The construction only stops on Sunday. We could not open the balcony door for fresh air until evening. Another small problem was that the dryer at the 3rd floor was broken for the whole week. The hotel provided us with access to the dryer at the 5th floor, which was helpful."
