"I was mistakenly booked in for an earlier date, but the receptionist kindly fixed up even if I did not turn up on the date booked. I wasn't expecting much from this budget booking, but it had more than I expected for the price. Compact, good location, cozy and quiet + 2 bottles of compliment water "

"Excellent location close to metro and train. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Room size is excellent with nice layouts and service is excelletnt as well. Offer a nice free coffee bar in the moning at the lobby. The only draw back we found is the washing/dryer machine in our unit is very dirty. Plus the program to wash and dry takes over 4 hours which is way longer than it should be."

"It belongs to the same group as Sofitel and Novotel. The room is relatively spacious and comfortable, but there are no toiletries and slippers, which is normal in Australian hotels. Convenient transportation and various restaurants and convenience stores nearby are the plus points for this hotel."

"It is like a service apartment more than a hotel. But anyways, it is spacious and with a balcony. The location is great, just 2 mins to supermarket and metro station. The wifi connection is fast and stable. The overall experience is great and worth my money."

"Nice studio apartment in walking distance to Westfield, surrounded by many restaurants. A bit of walking from train/metro, rather flat path but few crossings would be a bit troublesome if you are carrying heavy luggage. Friendly and helpful staffs. Frying pan and pot provided in the apartment. (No cutting knife😢)"

"The hotel is near to the metro station. There are shopping malls and dining room nearby. Front staff is friendly and helpful. The room is cozy, neat and tidy. It kinda feel like home Cooking area are well equipped and all are properly functioned. The washing machine and dryer are well performed as well. Overall, a spectacular place to stay overnight in Sydney. I will consider to stay here whenever I travel to Australia in the future 😸😸"

"So I was impressed with a few things. Firstly, the outside is older looking and could do with a redo. The ammenities were actually pretty good. The hair dryer was a brand new looking Dyson thing. Pity I don't use hair dryers. It was fairly quiet from the road noise but there was someone upstairs making noise at 7am on a Sunday morning. Not cool. No sleep in and so it ruined it a bit for me. Otherwise the place is ok for the price and I'd stay there again. Just not with the noisy cleaner or whatever it was. Squirrels, possums, elephants. We'll never know."

"For the location, it’s hard to beat but I’d probably find something else next time. Clean room mostly but no shared bathroom cleaning whilst we were there (2 nights). No fresh towels and the kitchenette was on the floor below and filled with food from ‘extended stay’ guests. The air con in the room was stuck on 18 but it wasn’t cold so the open window gave a better breeze but the fly screen was missing so the insects bothered us a bit. The fan was also on when we arrived but it was also stuck and couldn’t be turned up to help with the temperature. Could have been dead batteries in the remotes but I feel it’s the establishment’s job to check that before guests arrive. Just looks like not much care goes into maintaining the amenities."

"Nice hotel. Usually good value for the price, except when they are almost full, then it can get expensive. But most of the time good value for money. Staff are very polite and amiable and most of the rooms are clean and comfortable. A few rooms are a little rough and dated but they are slowly being renovated. All round great hotel."
