"被子潮濕，衞生間下水很慢，很多其他人頭髮沒打掃乾淨的頭髮，木屋裡麪還有一點點油漆味道，我開窗到很晚才關上。諮詢老闆問題態度很一般，我在酒店門口暈頭轉向找不到酒店，問能不能來接一下，都不來接的。優點是位置離售票大廳很近，附近吃飯方便，有kfc等，衞生不説很好，在景區也不算差，被子看着挺乾淨，就是潮，最好自己帶一次性四件套可以防潮。"

"服務：服務還是不錯的，態度都很好，可是硬件問題確實無法解決。蒙古包雖然不比酒店，但很多基礎問題真的還有待提升。 6.17日入住的 親子房11和親子房12，存在不少問題: 1，兩間房間洗澡的水管都是漏的，一開就漏，親子房11當天的水管是直接壞掉了（當時就微信反應了 工作人員也來看過了），最後家人到我們親子房12簡單沖了澡（水管也是漏的）。 2，親子房12 衞生間地面溢水，比如洗澡後 洗漱後 水池旁邊地上的積水多，排不下去 導致就是穿拖鞋一直站在水裡。 3，親子房12 當時入住的時候，門口木地板上 有馬糞，影響體驗感，那一排地面真的都挺臟的，比前幾排差遠了。 4，這兩個房間離馬場很近，經常有動物從門口走過，夜裡和一大早都有，聲音吵。夜裡還有其他各種聲音，比如大風機的聲音，吵，一夜無眠。 5，風之翼馬場，宣傳説的是50元20分鐘，我去了問是20分鐘嗎？人家肯定的和我説 15-20分鐘，大概就15分鐘吧，不會有20分鐘。（問了兩次，但我們還是騎了，實際連15分鐘也沒有） 再説優點: 免費的早餐還可以，超市賣的奶製品不貴也好吃！"

"看到這家店鋪裏的差評，還是有點擔心。先打電話過去，問能不能留房。老闆説，過來親自能看下最好，現在淡季也不用預留房，空房很多，合適了再住。 看了一下房，還是不錯的，在附近排前三沒問題。這一路過來我們也看了不少房，這家裝修、床品都是新的。 問了下為啥好幾個差評，老闆説八月初着急開業，有些裝修的尾巴沒按期給弄好，確實抱歉。 現在淡季，篝火晚會有，但沒有歌手。餐廳的飯也可以，尤其牧人烤羊腿可真好吃。"
