I had a mini fridge which supplied me enough goodies to last the night and in the morning I got room service. I had pancakes. I stayed there for approximately a week I had a blast. The people there are very friendly.

We were the first time in Cheboksary and your hotel. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The rooms are good, everything you need is available, I especially liked the triple comfort, it was two-room with a comfortable sofa and armchairs and tea accessories in the room. In one of our 2 rooms, initially there was no hot water (it was only warm), but the issue was resolved and we also received a pleasant compliment from the hotel. The only point that I would like to improve is the location of the shampoo and gel dispensers in the bathrooms, they are fixed very uncomfortable and high even for an adult, and we were with 2 children and they simply did not reach them. Very polite and kind staff at the reception, always ready to answer all our questions and help. Thank you very much for your hospitality to all the staff of the hotel!

Friendly staff at the front desk. Quiet halls with lots of greenery. Cooler on the floor. No foreign odors. Family two-room suite, which has everything you need. The air is fresh, if it's cool, you can take an extra blanket from the package. I was especially pleased with the breakfast: varied, tasty, calm music, reproductions of paintings on the walls, I didn’t even want to leave. The staff is trained. Everything is at a good level.

На такое количество номеров всего ДВА старых лифта, люди ждут по 15 минут в очереди, лифты очень медленные. Большое спасибо женщинам, которые ведут уборку коридоров и номеров, они очень стараются. Единственное, что емкость для шампуня в душе не наполняли три дня. Завтрак на троечку, качество посредственное всех блюд включая десерт. Почти все номера со старыми замками, ключ с грушей деревянной.

В отели останавливались на две ночи во время автопутешествия из Пензы в Чебоксары и Йошкар-Олу. Бронь осуществили заранее, выбрав отель по интернету, опираясь на соотношение цена/качество/расположение. Приехали около 15.30, заселили нас быстро , предоставив комнату на 4 этаже. В номере чисто, уютно, тепло, есть фен, телевизор, чайник, набор посуды, набор для приготовления чая и кофе, бутилированная вода и даже пара вафелек на угощение. При оформлении брони, взяли завтраки, которые нам очень понравились - выбор блюд достаточный, все приготовлено вкусно и качественно. Кстати, у отеля есть своя автостоянка. За две ночи отдали кажется 8900 за двоих, что считаю, конечно не так, уж, и дешево, но и в тоже время дорогим назвать не могу. Мы много путешествием и видели разные отели, поэтому от души хочу сказать спасибо сотрудникам "России" за гостеприимство! Мы остались более, чем довольны.
