Dear Premier Inn Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding my recent stay at Chelmsford Springfield , specifically in Room 10. Unfortunately, my experience was impacted by persistent noise from the room above, which made it difficult to relax and sleep. Additionally, there were noticeable creaky sounds coming from the room above and the pipes throughout the night, which further disrupted my comfort. Given that I was hoping for a peaceful stay, these disturbances were quite disappointing. I have spoken to the person in reception at the time who apologised and logged the complaint and asked me to leave a review. On a positive note the staff at breakfast were very attentive and overall were great. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and consider providing a resolution, whether it’s offering an alternative room or any other form of compensation.
