I would like to applaud crescent place. The most beautiful decor, from tall ceilings, chandeliers, church windows and mezzanine bedroom, to the soft furnishings, amazing shower and underfloor bathroom heating. Perfectly located to central Cheltenham, walking distance to race course, bars, restaurants and shops, all on door step. Convenient, secure private parking. And most of all service, Alanya’s, personal attention to detail was unbelievable. Going that extra mile to make it really special. Thank you for a special stay. 10 stars from the Hoggs.

Elegant, safe , clean. Perfect place where to stay. This was my 3t time and I am looking forward to come back. The team is friendly and the check in is easy. Definitely the best place where to be! The is no lift but there are only 3 floors and the view is amazing

We had a lovely stay at Crescent place this weekend. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and we had a great night's sleep in the comfy bed! The location of Crescent Place is perfect. Centrally located but just off to a side street so it wasn't too noisy making it easy to explore and a perfect place to crash after a long day! We met Roy the manager who was super helpful giving us tips of the local area and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks Roy and the team at Crescent Place we'll be back!

The location was great for restaurants and shopping. The management was very responsive, even tho they are in London. They were available and quick to answer - we wanted to drop off our bags early - no problem. We also liked the breakfast cereals and biscuits for a bit to eat in between appointments and in the morning. I would use again.

Hazardous stair access unsuitable for elderly; no prior parking info caused stress. Room had faulty TV kept turning itself on during night, empty body wash, flickering light, and minimal tea/coffee. Housekeeping was subpar with unclean dishes and poorly made beds. Unpleasant odor in hallway. Communication was impossible. Overall, a disappointing experience.

The place is very clean and well presented. It enjoys superb city centre positioning with car parking availability. I will certainly be using it again for my next stay and recommend it. There is no lift but so long as you’re able to climb a few steps it really isn’t an issue

Alas, this great little hotel is now part of a relatively poor chain and isn't the same. Gone is a website that just worked and has been replaced with one that is just cluttered with discount codes, which don't work when you enter them. Prices have soared, and now a minimum of two nights stay is required to reserve, which is not suitable for business trips. The excellent little car park at the end of the road is now an extra £25 per day. Having stayed here several times since it opened, I'll now be heading elsewhere.

Very easy access, great to have a nearby reserved parking space. Room was very comfortable with air con and a large screen tv. Centrally situated in Cheltenham, ideal for our day and night out! Cheaper than a taxi from home and back. Excellent!!!!!!
