The location is very good, not far from the bus station and the bus terminal, convenient for public transportation to Cotswold village

The location is good, there is a large parking lot and commercial center next to it, and it only takes minutes to walk to the downtown area. The room is comfortable, the breakfast is also very good, and the price-performance ratio is very high. The staff are very enthusiastic. If you park your car in the parking lot next door, you can enter the parking ticket for them and get a 25% discount.

First off it's really important to know that this hotel is actually a community enterprise and not just a hotel! So for a start - by staying here you are actually investing in disadvantaged groups in Cheltenham as well as having an impeccable nights stay. The room was a decent enough size and the bed was extremely comfortable. Two good sized windows meant it had plenty light. The bathroom and the room itsself were immaculate - it was obvious that cleaning was done regularly and properly. The decor is nice throughout the hotel and was a lovely place to stay and have breakfast. The breakfast was served promptly and the menu had good variety. I also asked Sam for some extras due to the nature of my stay and all of them were accommodated and at a reasonable price!!! All in all - it was a great stay and I would definitely book again. Keep it up!!!
