Best Western Plus Chemainus Inn

The breakfast was excellent!

We were able to have early check in which was great. Breakfast was hot and available when we arrived, everything was perfect for our 1 night stay. We will return.

This was a good stay for my needs. The staff were friendly and helpful. The walk into town where most of the restaurants are located was easy. It was nice having access to two washers and two dryers for laundry.

This is a nice and clean hotel with great service. It isa short drive or 15 minute walk to the main area of town. Breakfast was also good.

Room was fine but given a double bed quite tiny for two we are used to Queen at a minimum. Pillows were square and small. Pool and hot tub were fine but lots of loud children with no parents to be seen. Quite at night parking ample and there was a bright spot went to the golf club pub for dinner and service was great food great and they had a turkey Easter dinner option really nice surprise. Stay was just fine and did get a good nights sleep.

I booked a pet friendly room, these rooms are usually ground floor down a hallway. The night I stayed they had a large teenage boys sport group in. They gave the room above me to some of the players, I complained as it sounded like a rugby game going on above me. Why would you place teenage boys sport team above a normal everyday guest?? Bad decision by the hotel staff to put the boys in that room. I’ve stayed here before with no problems but this time was not a positive stay.

The breakfast was unbelievable: there was every conceivable breakfast item available. Especially unexpected was a make your own waffle machine with all the toppings, a big bowl of strawberries and whipped cream. Great breakfast, quiet room, nice hot tub and pool with friendly staff. Good stay.

Room was spectacular, best dog friendly room we’ve stayed in! Our favourite hotel we’ve stayed in, by far.
