Absolutely terrible. We arrived and anyone for the reception. Just a security man who attend us and give the keys. The room completely sting of tobacco. Incredible, worst than a disco before for bitten tobacco inside. Deeply breath in makes you cough. Going for reception and again the security man with jokes about my complaining tell me that he can’t do anything neither give me a complaining form or help me to find another solution. Absolutely unbelievable. Looks like a motel of 2 stars as maximum.

Thought I had walked in to the set of a 1980s film production. There are always pros and cons to a hotel so lets start with the pros: Just off the A4 and 10 minutes walk to a large shopping centre. Large car park which you have to pay for (Why?). Lift available Medium size room did have a bath tub which is unusual. Mini bar. Wi-fi was good. Breakfast was very good with a large buffet selection. Cons: Reception staff at checkin was very abrupt. The whole building has a depressing feel about it as you walk in and needs a huge upgrade. The restaurant and bar were closed and gave an unwelcoming feel when you first enter. Noisy lift that could be heard in the room through the night. Noise from the other guests could be heard through the walls. Pay for parking in an open carpark no security. Mini bar prices were ridiculous….€4 for a small bottle of water. Room was classed as a business suite but was more like a room a business man takes his mistress. Overall an over priced dated hotel I will avoid next time.

Für mich erschien das Plaza Inn wie ein in die Jahre gekommenes Ramada-Hotel. Der Duft auf den Fluren war der Gleiche, in den Zimmern wurde es aufgrund der relativ hohen Temperaturen über Tag nie wirklich angenehm und dementsprechend stickig. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, auch abends im Restaurant konnte man gut essen. Aber eine Modernisierung wäre langsam nochmal fällig.

Haben nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise dort verbracht. Zimmergröße ok Bad klein, nur je 1 Kissen Materatze hart, veraltete Möbel, wenig Parkplätze da wir ziemlich spät angereist und wieder sehr früh abgefahren sind war es ok aber nicht nochmal
