酒店房間很大，設施齊全。最重要的是這裡在草原腹地，波爾特光害等級為2級，可以清晰地看到銀河結構。久在鬧市的人過來可以看到一片多年未見的璀璨星空。這一次過來正好極光爆發，有幸在北緯49度的地方看到了北極光，省掉了兩張來回北歐的機票。以上圖片均為實景拍攝，圖片中的旗子就是酒店前道路兩旁的旗子。

酒店是今年從新開業的，整體感覺還是不錯的，地理環境非常優美……重點要説酒店的服務人員真的是沒話説太熱情，太周到了！住的是總統套房，入住的時候有點小插曲～非常有意思把我領到了地下室的房間等一系列有趣的事情……😂😂😂經理美女人也是非常nice給孩子們安排了騎馬的體驗，非常感謝！總之就是非常有意思的一次體驗……推薦推薦

酒店很好，外面拍了照片，很漂亮，看着就乾淨，接待大廳很大，房間內有空調，房間很大，設施設備齊全，像是老闆住的酒店，哈哈，帶着孩子去的，做了勒勒車，很好玩，湖邊的景色也不錯，藍天白雲與湖景相接，很美。接待的服務人員非常專業認真，各方面感覺很完善，晚上隔音好好，聽不到別人説話的聲音，真是休閑度假的好去處。

很大的一個景區，我看是今年新開業的，才選擇訂的這個可汗宮酒店，房間不錯，室內很大，白天在房間裏面很涼快，房間的設施設備齊全，日常用品也都有，可汗宮酒店的早餐也是一大亮點，品種豐富，新鮮美味，讓我每天都期待着早餐時間的到來。特別要提的是管家小姐姐，她的服務熱情周到，貼心入微，讓我感受到了家的温暖。酒店的銀宮房型設計精美，房間寬敞明亮，景區內視野開闊，可以看到無盡的草原，讓我感受到了無盡的適和寧靜。從禮賓到前台客房服務餐飲服務都讓人賓至如歸，下次還會入住！

設施設備很齊全，房間內有可以辦公的的桌子和沙發休息區，房間很大，我覺得還挺適合我這樣的人住的，因為拿的東西多，偶爾還得辦公。我晚上經常打電話，房間的隔音很好，沒有吵到別人。衞生間也非常乾淨，馬桶很特別，精緻，一次性用具很齊全。服務很用心，餐廳的服務員也挺用心工作的。某種菜品少一點就趕緊添滿。含早餐的早上早餐很豐富，中式的西式的和蒙餐的都有，味道不錯。房間的地毯很新很乾凈，床品也非常新，據説是今年新裝修的，各個方面都挺新的，我還挺喜歡入住這樣的酒店的，不想住那老酒店。5分好評，推薦入住的好酒店。

酒店整體給人的感覺就是兩個字，擺爛。都住套房了，加瓶礦泉水還要收錢。酒店的馬場價格也遠高於外面，沒有任何講價的機會，能逛的範圍還小之又小，除了騎馬射箭，其他一點娛樂設施都沒有。煙也買不到，日常的補給也做不到。經營方想過沒有，我們開進來是做什麼來了，純住店嗎？
