1. The hotel service is really ordinary, really speechless. It is known as the best hotel in Chengxian County, but there are blood stains on the towels, the phone is broken, and the TV is broken. I don't know whether to check it or not, and finally I have to change the room
2. The breakfast milk is actually milk powder or non-dairy creamer. How can you be so embarrassed to list a four-star hotel?
3. The facilities and equipment are old, and the water pressure is pitifully low.

The hotel is very good overall, and I would like to thank the three very pretty ladies at the front desk. Two of them even had cute dimples, and provided us with patient and meticulous service. They also took into account that we were traveling with children and several families, so they arranged special services. Give a big thumbs up 👍🏻! This service alone is completely 100 points.

The environment is nice, it feels so high-end, the service is super good, there is a special car to pick you up wherever you go, every waiter has a good attitude, the food tastes good, and there are both Chinese and Western breakfasts, which you can't finish. We booked a wooden house, the room is pretty good, and there is even a coffee machine. It was a very good experience...
