因為靠近山，進入房間，一股黴味，準備睡覺的時候，看到特別大的蟲子，馬桶丟幾張紙就堵住，服務員兩次來疏通無效，倒還是挺有耐心。最後衹能去別的房間使用衞生間。燒水被燙傷手，老闆娘心好，幫忙及時找葯塗上。總體來説，設施一般，服務五星

我的天！！！！太差了！！！真的，洗澡衹能洗五分鐘，五分鐘之後再等半個小時才能繼續洗……國慶去的，可能客源比較多，前台**哄哄的，別人一問三不知就算了，她一問三不應，把南山整個地區的映像都搞差了，我打算去當地文旅局反饋一下他們這個情況。

總體印象挺不錯的，定的景觀大床房，房間乾淨寬敞明亮，設備也比較新，現代風格裝修很符合年輕人習慣！送了早餐卷，早餐的炒粉挺好吃的。希望能改進的就是燒熱水如果是燃氣熱水器就好了，是電熱水器的話，女生洗頭髮洗澡時間久後面就需要等熱水有點掉不方便。可能山上沒通燃氣？其次就是靠近馬路得房間會有一些噪音，隔音效果可能是酒店通病吧……

房間隔音實在是太差了，隔壁電視的聲音聽的清清楚楚，門外樓道走路説話的聲音也很明顯。最過分的就是樓下酒店工作人員在一樓唱室外ktv唱到晚上快十點，趕了一天路本來就很累了，遇上這種酒店實在是太倒黴了，實在是不值這個酒店價格。
