設施：屋子不小，設施都齊全，空調還算給力，涼風很足。缺點是衞生間的水忽冷忽熱，不是很好控制。
衞生：衞生很好，沒有發現明顯的衞生問題。
環境：很安靜，沒有噪音，隔音很好。
服務：服務很認真。

衞生，環境還不錯吧，服務稍差點，基本上還是不錯的，價格也很實惠，早餐要早起一點去吃，還不錯可以試試，房間也比較大。不過後麪好像有個工廠，有個大的設備罐

君泰酒店
運氣很好訂到最後一間特價房，本以為特價房是比較小的，沒想到還是不錯的，房間舒適乾淨，洗手間也很衞生，床也很舒服，周圍比較方便，距離鼎盛王朝大典距離也很近，步行十幾分鍾就到了，交通也很方便，附近就是公交站。很滿意的一次入住

在網上看了很久，酒店設施挺不錯的，交通也很便利，酒店前台的服務很熱情，也很貼心，這樣的價格開始還擔心環境不好，真的是出乎意料，真的太讚了。下次來承德還會選擇這個酒店。

這家酒店的服務實在是太好了！房間很乾凈衞生，採光通風良好。入住酒店大廳看起來很舒適，酒店還有免費的停車場，前台小姐姐服務好的，房間的床品好舒服的，房間物品齊全，下次還來入住的。

住這麼多年酒店 這種奇葩也是第一次遇見 被酒店工作人員惡言相告！
首先第一晚入住找酒店位置 在首頁撥打打電話是其他分店電話 特別不耐煩的讓記下入住酒店電話
重點來了晚上入住 想要加一床被子 前台很強硬的説沒有 我説給個枕頭吧，也沒有屋裡的備用枕頭入圖上漏棉花也沒有枕套簡直無語，衞生更是不想説了，毛巾都沒洗吧？
我團購的是含早餐的 首頁寫着早點到九點 我8:15下樓去吃飯 被告知八點半就要收餐，酒店工作人員原話是 吃就快點下來 我們就是這樣 八點半就收 愛吃不吃的意思 揹着手瞪着眼沖我吼！我被氣的不行我説不吃可以退我費，首頁明確標價20一位，前台説退不了後來聽我説要差評才把餐費退我了
請問有幾家酒店早餐八點半就收了？説説他們的早餐吧 醬豆腐 鹹菜絲 白米飯 白饅頭 炒白菜 粥 重點是就一個熱菜 笑死大牙了什麼好飯八點半得趕緊收走呀！
更噁心的是後來前台怕差評叫餐飲的經理解釋 兩人當著我麪擠眉弄眼的唱雙簧 真可笑 真的使眼色那種把客人當**嗎？
