酒店位置不錯，離避暑山莊、小布達拉宮這些景點都不遠，打車比較方便。酒店門口停車位不多，但是周邊餐廳不少（但是我們選擇了在其他地方吃飯）。酒店服務也挺好的，前台很熱情禮貌，出門前去前台問詢的話會主動問是否需要水。因為帶着長者，長者喜歡住全季，就選擇了套房，房間面積和衞生還不錯，臨街，採光挺好，也比較熱鬧，美中不足的是衞生間沒有排風系統，然後晚上準備休息的時候在床上發現了像小螞蟻的小蟲子。餐廳的早餐還算豐富，牛奶咖啡豆漿和酸奶，還有油條、炒飯、麪條、餛飩、吐司、煎蛋香腸水果等等都有。總體來説，每次在全季住宿的體驗都是很讚的。

有蜘蛛網、衞生間包括房子裏有那種小蟲子，特別多特別多，空調暖氣不暖，空調聲音也很大，馬桶質量感覺也很差，沒有小冰箱，感覺是住過的全季裏面最差的。不推薦，不如別家。

這次入住承德全季酒店體驗超棒！酒店位置絕佳，周邊吃飯選擇超多，各類美食任我嘗，交通也便捷，出行無憂。房間住着舒服，服務貼心周到。稍有不足是設施略顯陳舊，但整體瑕不掩瑜

旅遊旺季，停車位緊張，不過停在路邊，聽説會貼單，但是早上出發發現沒有，還是很照顧外地遊客，有個小瑕疵815房間馬桶坐墊有裂縫，會夾到肉，雖然放了一次性做套，還是會夾到

設施老舊，特別是衞生間，浴室地面已經黴變，而且特別滑，像青苔一樣了，衞生間還有很多小飛蟲（蛾蚋），他們會飛到房間，帶孩子一定要小心不要讓孩子去用手拍打會傳播細菌，還有就是酒店的停車場幾乎等同於沒有，所以自駕的話謹慎選擇。
