I chose this hotel because it is a ten-minute walk from Chengde station (and a twenty-minute drive from Chengdenan station). There are small shops nearby and some malls across the river. You can walk to the summer mountain resort in about 35 minutes.
My room was clean and quiet, and the reception staff were polite.

The hotel has a good service attitude, clean and tidy rooms, and a prime location. It is an 8-10 minute walk from the train station. There are local specialties such as mutton soup and shabu-shabu nearby, as well as a bathhouse. The disadvantage is that the bathroom is not separated into dry and wet areas, and the sound insulation to the outside is relatively poor. There is a socket missing on the bedside table, so charging is not very convenient. The hotel also reminded us of the lost items in time when checking out, which was very helpful!

#negative #I was disappointed with the Nearby Restaurants, Mosquito Control Measures, Convenience of Transport, Hotel Smell, Value for Money, Toiletries; I checked in during the holiday, but I found out that the bathroom floor drain was blocked and there was serious water accumulation. I asked the waiter but he was busy, so I just didn't clean it. There was only a little toilet paper, so I bought some downstairs. My car was slightly scratched in the parking lot, and the parking lot manager was polite and it was okay, but the car manager was rude. I will never stay here again.
