Front desk and hotel staff were very helpful! Felt very welcomed during our stay and also customer service was helpful afterwards when we called back and asked about a bag we left. Views around the location is great too!

What would have been better is the breakfast, to have something more continental for european guests.
But otherwise we felt like home

Thank you for the pleasant stay. This was a repeat stay. Suggestion for improvement: the inability to lower the heating temperature was irritating. Please improve.

The room is new and spacious. Staffs are very friendly. Convenient location with free indoor parking. It also has a pretty good restaurant on the second floor. Will stay there again.

Hotel is situated within a neighbourhood area, suitable for those interested to experience the city from a local viewpoint. Grocery/departmental stores and various food choices within a stone's throw.
Hotel staff is attentive and does great work ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
