The hotel is in a good location, the front desk is very helpful to print the information, the room is very clean and tidy, forgot to bring razor, ask the front desk, It was soon sent up. Late check out for your own reasons, GaoFei Lady at the front desk is very attentive, this hotel recommended.

This time I stayed at Holiday Inn Express Chengde Center and the experience was great! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt the professionalism and enthusiasm. When they learned that I was here for a visit, they considerately upgraded my room type. The room is warm and tidy, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and it is equipped with all smart devices. The quality is reflected in every detail.
What surprised me the most was the hotel’s service. The staff took the initiative to recommend time-honored restaurants frequented by locals. They were both affordable and delicious! The surrounding transportation is convenient, and it is very easy to go to the Summer Resort, the Little Potala Palace and other attractions. The room we booked indicated that we did not want rooms on both sides, but the hotel did not specify that this room type could only be on both sides. Communicated with the front desk upon check-in, but the problem was not resolved. Considering the late time, we had no choice but to check in.
Room 600, low ceiling, feels depressing.
The breakfast restaurant is on the 3rd floor, the ceiling is low and I dare not straighten my back completely if I am tall. The breakfast style is average.
The overall accommodation experience is poor, and the service quality and management capabilities do not match the hotel price.
Will not choose this type of hotel in the future.

To be honest, the Smart Hotel is okay. I didn’t give it a 5:00 rating because the toilet is not separated into wet and dry areas, which is very inconvenient. I can’t fault the environment. It’s quite clean and tidy, but the breakfast time is a bit short. It closes at 9:30. Other hotels are average. They don’t close until 10:30, but overall it’s still very good.
